RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We totally understand — sometimes the size feels off, sometimes the style doesn’t vibe, and sometimes love just needs another try. So we’ve created a clear, simple, no-stress policy to support you.


🔄 1. Return & Exchange Window

You get 3 days from the date of delivery to request:

  • A Return (Store Credit only)
  • An Exchange

Day 1 = day of delivery.

A. Customer-Choice Returns (Allowed! 😇)

Didn’t like the style
Wrong size
Changed your mind
Want something else

You’ll receive Store Credit (valid for 6 months)
₹150 handling fee applies


B. Aleore-Responsibility Returns (Free!)

If the issue is caused by us:
Wrong product
Damaged item
Manufacturing defect
Missing item

No handling fee
Free exchange or Store Credit
MUST have continuous, unedited unboxing video (details below)


C. Non-Returnable Items

Earrings (hygiene reasons)
Sale/discounted items
Items without original packaging
Worn/used items
Returns without approval
Claims without valid unboxing video
Edited or unclear video submissions


🎥 3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important!)

To approve any claim of:

  • Damage
  • Defect
  • Missing product
  • Wrong item

Your video must show:

  1. Unopened package
  2. Courier label clearly
  3. Full opening process
  4. Issue shown clearly

Without this → No claim can be accepted.

📬 4. Handling Fee — Why ₹150?

We like transparency in jewellery and in policies.

Your ₹150 covers:

  • Return pickup
  • Rechecking
  • Repacking
  • Quality check
  • Restocking
  • Processing the exchange/store credit

It’s the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps things smooth

(For exchanges, this fee includes pickup + delivery of the new product.)


🔄 5. How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Order number
  • Reason
  • Mandatory unboxing video
  • Whether you want Store Credit or Exchange

💳 6. Store Credit Policy

  • Issued within 3–5 working days after QC approval
  • Valid for 6 months
  • Can be used site-wide
  • No refunds (store credit only)

Discount codes & store credit cannot be used together.


🔁 7. Exchange Process

  • Subject to stock availability
  • Replacement dispatched in 2–3 days after QC
  • If unavailable → Store Credit issued

8. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Refunds:

  • Prepaid orders: refunded in 2–3 working days
  • Partial COD advance (₹200): refundable ONLY if cancelled before dispatch

After Dispatch

Once shipped:

  • Cancellation is not possible
  • Partial COD advance becomes non-refundable
  • Refusing delivery disables Partial COD for future orders

⚖️ 9. Legal Notes

  • Governed by the laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
  • Aleore reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions

FINAL SPARKLY NOTES

  • No refunds — only store credit or exchange
  • Store Credits are valid for 6 months.
  • Only one discount/promo can be used per order
  • Store credit & discount codes cannot be combined
  • Policies are designed to ensure fairness & protect product integrity
