At Aleore, we treat your jewellery like royalty — packed safely, shipped quickly, and delivered with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how your sparkle travels to you.


🚚 1. Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is packed and ready to roll:

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can follow your sparkle’s entire journey (we love the excitement too!).

We ship using trusted, premium courier partners across India.


2. Delivery Timelines (Pan India)

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Prepaid only (COD unavailable)
  • Dispatch: 1–2 working days
  • Delivery: 10–15 working days, depending on customs
  • Import duties/taxes are paid by the customer, and vary by country

If you face currency/payment issues, we’ll help you instantly — just WhatsApp us.


📦 5. Packaging & Delivery Safety

Your sparkle arrives in tamper-proof, sealed packaging.
Please inspect the parcel before accepting it.

Do NOT accept the parcel if:

  • The packaging looks torn
  • The seal or POD slip is tampered
  • Label looks incorrect

🔐 6. Delivery Attempts & OTP Safety

  • Courier partners make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • Please ensure your phone is reachable.
  • Never share your OTP unless you have physically received your package.
    (Some couriers use OTP to mark “delivery denied” — so be cautious!)

7. FAQs

Q: Can I change my address after ordering?
If we haven’t dispatched the order yet — yes! WhatsApp us ASAP.

Q: Can I cancel my order after dispatch?
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Q: Do you allow Same-Day or Express delivery?
We try, but cannot guarantee it. Contact us, and we’ll check availability.
