Once your order is packed and ready to roll:
- You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- You can follow your sparkle’s entire journey (we love the excitement too!).
We ship using trusted, premium courier partners across India.

Your sparkle arrives in tamper-proof, sealed packaging.
Please inspect the parcel before accepting it.
Do NOT accept the parcel if:
- The packaging looks torn
- The seal or POD slip is tampered
- Label looks incorrect

- Courier partners make up to 2 delivery attempts.
- Please ensure your phone is reachable.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
